If you think that something has not been included or you wish to alter the service quoted, you must contact us immediately and within 2 calendar days of the transaction. Rhiannon will work closely with you to ensure your bespoke jewellery is made to your specific requirements, adjustments and adaptions after the jewellery is made may not be possible. All bespoke projects will require a non refundable deposit to begin work with the remainder payable on completion and before shipping or collection. This contact is binding and will be accepted by Rhiannon Lewis Jewellery in writing. Any measurements provided by yourself for the work are required to be accurate. Any additional work carried out to repair incorrect measurements will be subject to an additional charge.
All jewellery is handmade and hand finished and natural discrepancies may appear. Any sketches, design work, models or samples are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the final product.
Precious and semi precious gemstones used in jewellery may vary due to naturally occurring differences and are out of the control of Rhiannon Lewis Jewellery.
All diamonds and gemstones are natural unless stated otherwise.
The customer may cancel a bespoke project, in writing, within seven calendar days of the project commencement however you will still be liable to pay for the portion of work already undertaken. Cancellation after seven calendar days will not be accepted.
All items are made to order so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery on existing designs and 4-10 weeks for bespoke work.
If you would like your item to arrive within a shorter delivery time then please get in touch and we will do our best to arrange that for you.
All items come gift wrapped and are posted in protective packaging.
Every item is posted with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed and will arrive by 1pm the next working day.
The cost for postage within the UK is £8 per package and tracked and signed postage worldwide is £15.
The cost of delivering bespoke work will vary depending on the value of the jewellery and may require a courier. This will be quoted and agreed upon before shipment. The cost will be additional to the final price of the jewellery.
If you would like your jewellery to arrive by a certain time or have any special delivery requests then please let us know.
Responsibility of purchased jewellery lies with the customer on delivery or collection of the goods and once paid in full. Insuring the jewellery once delivered is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you require an item to be exchanged then please email us at rhiannon@rhiannonlewisjewellery with the reason for the exchange.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the exchange, we recommend an insured and trackable service. The shipping costs will not be refunded by Rhiannon Lewis Jewellery. Loss of the jewellery during postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Upon the return of the item it will be checked for any damage and an exchange will be issued upon the approved item.
The replacement item will be shipped out at the customer's expense.
Please check all items upon arrival. If any damage has occurred to an item during transit, please notify us via email on email@example.com and we will contact the postal service. Please keep all packaging and we will contact you with further instructions.
Rhiannon Lewis Jewellery is not responsible for unclaimed items from postal delivery offices. Upon the items return to us it will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Any bespoke, customised or personalised items can not be returned and are non refundable.
For hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned.
If you would like to return an item then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason before posting the item. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.
Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date on the receipt with its original shipping slip as proof of purchase.
Items must be in the condition they were sent in, unworn, undamaged and with all original packaging.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If the packaging your item arrives in is damaged or open then please contact us immediately via email.
A faulty item must arrive with the customer undamaged from transit or if the fault occurs within 3 months of the date of delivery. Accidental damage and fair wear will not be deemed a fault by Rhiannon Lewis Jewellery. All items will be inspected upon their return.
Information regarding the care of your jewellery can be found via the Jewellery Care page. Damage due to failure to follow jewellery care instructions will not qualify for the item to be returned or refunded.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is deemed faulty by Rhiannon Lewis Jewellery.
The cost of returning items must be covered by the customer.
Any items that are lost, damaged or stolen during return postage are not the responsibility of Rhiannon Lewis Jewellery. We recommend using an insured and trackable service.
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of the the returned and approved items arrival via the same method used for the initial payment.
There is no refund or change available for sale or final sale items.
